REFUND POLICY

RETURNS


We hope that you are satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the full amount of the returned item(s), but not the original shipping costs, and you are responsible for the return cost of shipping and all other expenses.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn/unused, washed or altered with all tags still attached, in their original packaging (including dust bag).We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return conditions.

To start a return, you can contact us at fred@frededitions.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

EXCEPTIONS

*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please request a return as outlined in the return procedure above, and once the return is accepted, place a new order.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at fred@frededitions.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can solve the issue.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
