FRÉD Editions offers free shipping in Europe on all orders above €150.

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands via our fulfilment partner. We endeavour to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed.

Domestic shipments will be fulfilled by Post NL standard shipment or DPD depending on the size of the package. Under normal circumstances your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.

For shipments to non-EU countries the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes. Payment is necessary to release the order from customs on arrival. Please note that FRÉD is unable to advise the amount this may be. The shipping company (DPD/FEDEX) will contact the customer once the purchase arrives in customs to inform them about the amount of additional costs. Please note that if customers don’t choose to pay the import taxes, FRÉD reserves the right to charge the customer for incurred costs.

Please note:

  • We're unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse
  • The shipping cost is non-refundable for returns
  • We are dependent on our shipping partners and can therefore not be held responsible for potential delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

We hope that you are satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the full amount of the returned item(s), but not the original shipping costs, and you are responsible for the return cost of shipping and all other expenses.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn/unused, washed or altered with all tags still attached, in their original packaging (including dust bag).We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return conditions.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please request a return as outlined in the return procedure above, and once the return is accepted, place a new order.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can solve the issue.


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
